So I decided to get some use out of my visual basic classes and make a uh, windows application that does the whole icon post formatting thing. (I really should resurrect my site and that script, I know, I know. x.x)

Anyway, made a very basic beta version thingie and would appreciate people testing it to make sure it works before I go posting it everywhere. I didn't make it idiot-proof for the most part so I don't really need people to try and break it, I just need people to make sure that a reasonably intelligent person can use it without any problems.

Also. Is there anyway to get LiveJournal to stop doing the picking of random icons thing for posts and comments? It was kind of amusing at first but now it just kind of gets on my nerves.
